Vivian Jones (Senior Associate)
Viv is a Senior Associate in our Corporate Crime & Investigations group. Viv’s speciality is providing practical and commercially-sensitive advice on bribery, corruption, fraud, tax evasion, money laundering, whistleblowing, corporate crime and other unethical activity. His practice has a particular emphasis on the developing markets of the Middle East, Africa, Russia and the Commonwealth of Independent States.
Victoria Callicott (Senior Associate)
Victoria is a senior associate in our litigation and dispute management group. She advises clients in relation to contractual and tortious disputes both nationally and internationally. Victoria is also a keen and active member of our Diversified Industrials sector group.
Victoria has a keen focus on fraud litigation and is a member of our Corporate Crime & Investigations Group. She has worked on a number of fraud cases which range from acting on a multi-million pound fraudulent misrepresentation claim to advising companies on their obligations under the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 and the Bribery Act 2010. Victoria also manages the anti-bribery@work e-learning toolkit for clients and regularly trains clients on anti-bribery and corruption compliance.
Outside of Eversheds Sutherland, Victoria is a Director of the Midlands Fraud Forum a not for profit organisation tasked with raising awareness of fraud across all sectors.
