On Friday 12th January 2018 we will be attending at Guildhall at Lord Leycester hopsital in Warwick to dicuss the Survellience and Monitoring of employees. The event will run from 2pm and finish at 4.30pm
The event will be hosted by Sue Bradnock and will include input from guest speakers David Kearns Managing Director of Expert Investigations and Rebecca Sawbridge, Employment Lawyer and Partner at Freeths.
David Kearns will look at the methods and gadgets used to lawfully and covertly monitor employees, in order to gather evidence for physical and mental health absenteesim and also fraud cases. David will also discuss computer forensics and vehicle tracking. Interesting and entertaining case studies will also be included.
Rebecca Sawbridge will discuss topics such as privacy in the workplace. The legal side of surveillance, trackers, telephone montitoring and also drug and alcohol testing.
This meeting will be a follow up from the previous one held in relation to GDPR and will take a look at the policies HR departments will need to undertake in order to be GDPR compliant regarding the monitoring of emails, recording of meetings and storing personal data.
This event is open to inhouse HR professionals.
