Your Perfect Process Serve – Fraud

At Expert Investigations we have a really clear understanding of the pressure and time constraints that are put on our Solicitor colleagues. This is why Solicitors come back to us time and time again.

It is 4 PM on a Tuesday afternoon and a Solicitor from Birmingham has 4 big boxes of documents that need to be served on four different individual addresses in Devon and Cornwall.

Having left the court a few hours before she knew she was able to call our office and make an arrangement to meet our colleagues at her office to hand over the documents at 4 PM. The order stated that the documents had to be delivered by midnight.

Clearly given the geographical locations across Devon and Cornwall it was going to require more than one officer to be involved in affecting the serve. Three officers were sent, two had one location each and one officer had to locations in a fairly close proximity.

There are many process serve companies in the country and certainly in the Midlands. There are very few with any that have the capability to be able to react as quickly and have the number of officers available at short notice to be able to comply with the Solicitors and Court requirements. In our company we have 22 operational officers so we are always able to meet the clients’ requirements and time constraints.

Expert Investigations have the capacity to take the burden from the client. In this case we were able to collect the papers and our officers drive to the south-west and deliver boxes of papers to the addresses and individuals before the cut-off deadline. And then drive home.
