Evidence is required to prove guilt, either beyond reasonable doubt or on the balance of probabilities. There are a range of methods to gather evidence including surveillance, computer data forensics, general investigations such as interviews and statement taking.
You will need to obtain that evidence to allow you and your client to follow any route of dismissing an employee, prosecuting them in a criminal court or taking action to recover your losses.
We will produce files of evidence to purse your chosen course and act as your Police liaison.
